High-protein, delicious and fluffy pan-fried cheesecakes. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast with few carbohydrates.
Ingredients

- 125g white cheese
- 2 eggs
- 15g sugar-free cream pudding
- 15g protein powder (vanilla or salted caramel)
- 10g spelt flour
- 2g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a spoonful of oil
- additions: blueberries, peanut butter
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Place the egg yolks, cottage cheese, pudding, protein powder, spelt flour and baking powder in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until combined.
In a separate, tall bowl, place the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Using a mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream to the cheese one spoon at a time and mix gently.
Heat oil in a pan. Place spoonfuls of cheese mixture on it and fry until golden brown on each side.
Serve with blueberries and your favorite peanut butter.
