Gingerbread Protein Waffles


A Taste of the Holidays. Tasty and nutritious waffles just right for this holiday season.


Ingredients

1 portion

  • 20g protein powder (preferably chocolate)
  • 25g spelt flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk (about 60g)
  • 1.2g baking powder (1/3 teaspoon)

additionally: natural or fruit skyr, favorite fruit


Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil.

Pour the mixture and bake the waffles until they are ready,

Serve with yogurt and fruit.

Enjoy your meal!
