Ingredients
1 portion
- 20g protein powder (preferably chocolate)
- 25g spelt flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk (about 60g)
- 1.2g baking powder (1/3 teaspoon)
additionally: natural or fruit skyr, favorite fruit
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Heat the waffle iron and grease it with a little oil.
Pour the mixture and bake the waffles until they are ready,
Serve with yogurt and fruit.
