Something simple, tasty and aromatic. Mushroom hats filled with garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese are perfect for a barbecue.
- 10 mushroom hats
- 100g of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
We wash and dry the hats.
Put the butter in the bowl, press the garlic through the squeezer and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly, crushing the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the butter with Parmesan cheese into the mushrooms, filling them.
Put on the grill and bake until the butter and cheese melt and the mushrooms are browned.
