A simple recipe for oyster mushrooms with Chinese noodles. I used noodles with thin threads of mung beans, probably.
Preparation of the recipe takes several minutes and will probably taste everyone
Ingredients
- 300g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 glass of Parmesan cheese
- green onion
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- a pinch of chili
- Chinese noodles (about 250-300g)
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and chopped garlic. Sprinkle with salt.
Fry for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the mushrooms are soft. Add soy sauce and chili. Fry for a moment. If desired, taste and add more salt. Remove from heat.
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Add strained pasta and a spoonful of butter to the mushrooms. Gently heat until the butter dissolves and the pasta is warm. Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
You can add more salt and pepper a little. Depends how salty you like.
Serve with chopped green onions.
