Fantastic kale salad with a fresh and fruity taste. Tasty sauce , pomegranate seeds give the salad a fresh and sour taste. If you don’t have pomegranate syrup at home, it also works great with lemon and balsamic vinegar. 

A fresh and tasty addition to the holiday table!


  • 500 g of kale
  • 4 oranges
  • 1  pomegranate
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts


  • 0.5 ml of white own wine
  • 5 tablespoons pomegranate syrup ( lemon Agent and low balsamic)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt & Pepper

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. 

Finely chop the kale leaves and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with kale sauce and mix. Try and possibly add more salt or vinegar. (you can prepare kale a few hours before serving, it becomes delicious after marinating, but keep in the fridge until served)

Fillet oranges and get pomegranate seeds. Mix the kale again and place in a bowl, sprinkle with orange, pomegranate seeds and walnuts.
