quick breakfast to work
I love quick breakfasts that can satisfy morning hunger and give me energy for longer time.
Because I do not eat breakfast at home, but at work, so the best option is something to a jar, a smoothie or porridge.
Today, oatmeal with …. orange and turmeric. An interesting combination of flavors. A bit of exotics and health, because in the end turmeric helps in brain work and has anti-cancer properties and helps in digestion.

Components
- 2 pcs of orange
- 1 piece banana
- 10 tablespoons instant oat flakes
- 5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix. Transfer the whole into a bowl or jar. We can add fruits on top. Leave it for a moment, or pack for work. Oatmeal should slightly thicken within 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
