Maybe a simple recipe for a tasty breakfast or lunch, but that’s what I like. Zero combination. Simplicity.
Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- some butter
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
- pepper and salt
- Sriracha, balsamic vinegar (optional)
Toast a slice of bread in a pan without fat or in a toaster making toast.
We melt the butter in a small pan. We stick the egg and lightly salt. We mix until scrambled eggs.
We put a slice of bread on a plate. We lay scrambled eggs on top. Arrange the slices of avocado and tomato alternately.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Optionally, we give sriracha sauce and balsamic vinegar for taste.
