An omelet inspired by the iconic bar in a high-protein, low-carb version. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast. It is fluffy, delicate and filling.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 40g flour
- 5g of cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 20ml milk
- olive oil to grease the pan
Additionally
- 100g low-fat cottage cheese
- 25g vanilla skyr
- 25g natural yogurt
- 10g peanut butter
- 10g peanuts
- grated dark chocolate (optional)
We separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the remaining ingredients for the dough thoroughly (yolks, cocoa, baking powder, yogurt, milk). Slowly add the egg white foam. Fry the omelette on both sides under cover.
Place the cottage cheese and yogurt in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Spread the finished omelette with cottage cheese, pour peanut butter over it and sprinkle with nuts and grated chocolate.
