The addition is breakfast, desserts or as a filling for cookies or croissants. Delicious, fresh and completely natural mousse. Additionally sweetened with xylitol, so a bit healthier.
- 400g of fresh pumpkin puree
- 3-4 tablespoons of xylitol
- 2 oranges
Prepare fresh pumpkin puree (Bake the pumpkin until soft and then mix)
Wash the oranges thoroughly. We rub the orange peel.
Put pumpkin puree, xylitol and orange peel in a saucepan. Squeeze the juice from one orange half and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly while heating it slightly.
Leave to cool and use it for current desserts / breakfasts.
