Easter dinner is a slice of baked, hot pork neck with salad. In the evening it is a sausage for a sandwich or a salad. To work as an addition to a cold salad.

Ingredients
- 2-2,5 kg pork roast (neck meat)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup (eg own zucchini)
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of colorful peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili in flakes
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 1/2 glass water
Rinse and dry the meat. Put in a pan in which we will bake. Sprinkle the whole nape with all the spices. We add olive oil and ketchup, preferably our own. We rub all and add bay leaves. Cover with a lid. Leave it for the whole night. We rotate the meat the next day. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Add water to the pan and put the covered baking pan into the oven. We bake about 2 hours. The meat should be under the lid all the time. After this time, turn off the oven, leave the meat for 5 minutes and pull out. The meat is put on a plate to rest for a moment and is ready to serve.
