Crunchy potatoes with thyme


Perfect crispy potatoes with salt, garlic and thyme. So simple and easy to make and everyone will love them.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of new potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt

Place the washed potatoes in the pot and add the water. Cook for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to a baking sheet, let them cool for a while.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.

Use the bottom of the cup to mash each potato. Pour olive oil over the potatoes, sprinkle with thyme, grated garlic and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. 

Bake the potatoes until light brown, 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven when potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Serve with dinner!
