A quick and easy way to shrimp. The dish is made in a few minutes and becomes a hit on the table. Seafood is peculiar, not everyone likes them (like my mother), but in this version they fit on your table.
After all, who does not like the combination of butter and garlic and the lightness of chilli?

Ingredients
- 250 g peeled shrimps (raw or cooked, frozen or fresh)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g butter
- 50 ml of white wine (optional)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- chilli pepper (a little bit)
- parsley (optional)
Place the frozen shrimps in a bowl, pour lukewarm water and thaw. We peel the unpeeled shrimps from the armor. Uncooked shrimps cut with a knife lightly along the torso and remove the black intestine. Rinse and dry.
Preheat half the butter, put in a chopped garlic (and optionally chili) and fry for half a minute. We put the shrimp and fry for one minute on one side.
Turn the shrimp to the other side, fry for another minute. We add wine and evaporate on a larger heat. We reduce the fire
Turn the shrimps upside down and fry for half a minute. At the end, add the butter and leave it.
Season with lemon and salt, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with a baguette.
