Ingredients

  • 500g strawberries
  • 100g of rhubarb
  • 500g of Greek yogurt
  • 200g oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • basil leaves

Cut the strawberries with rhubarb and place in a saucepan. Fry with the addition of 1 tablespoon of sugar to obtain a liquid, crumbled consistency. Cooling.

Mix natural yogurt with vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of sugar.

For glasses or cups, put in layers: fruit mix, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit mix.

Decorate with basil leaves.
