The barbecue season started after the May weekend, so my standard skewers fly to the blog. I always do them the same way and they come out perfect.
- 500g sausage (Śląska or Głogowska)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- mushroom legs (I use hats for baking separately – recipe )
- 2 onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- salt and pepper
Cut the sausage into thicker slices. Diced paprika the size of slices of sausage. The zucchini in rings, and the onion is cut in half and in four, making the perfect portions for filling (1/8 of the onion).
Fill the skewers on the skewers in any order, translating the sausage with peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms, until all the ingredients are used.
Marinade : put in a bowl: ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, oregano and some salt and pepper. We mix thoroughly.
We grease the skewers with a brush. Put the finished skewers aside.
Bake the kebabs on the grill until browning. In the meantime, grease additionally with the rest of the marinade.
