Tomatoes stuffed with feta cheese and herbs

Cherry tomatoes are perfect as an appetizer or snack, or as an addition to tarts, sauces or salads.

They can be used to prepare tasty party snacks. You need tomatoes, feta cheese, cream cheese and herbs.


  • 400g of cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of fresh basil
  • 100g of feta cheese
  • 100g of cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • salt and pepper

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut off the top of the tomato (tip) *. Take out the middle: seeds and flesh.

Put feta cheese, cream cheese, finely chopped basil, garlic pressed through the press and dried herbs in a bowl. Stir thoroughly with a fork or blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the tomatoes with the ready-made stuffing. You can make your task easier by using a pastry bag.

Optionally, cover the tomatoes with the tips you cut off. Chill in the refrigerator.
