Diet is diet, but you can eat pancakes (crepe) once in a while. Especially those, i.e. high protein.
Tasty, nutty and cheesy. Simply perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. I treat it as one meal.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 crepe (2 servings)
- 2 eggs
- 40g flour
- 10g of cocoa
- 120ml milk + 100ml water
- 5g olive oil to grease the pan
- 200g low-fat cottage cheese
- 100g vanilla skyr
- 40g natural yogurt
- 20g peanut butter
- 1/2 cube of grated chocolate
- 10g peanuts
Mix the dough ingredients (eggs, flour, cocoa, milk and water) thoroughly.
Heat the pan, lightly grease it and fry the pancakes. You should get about 6 of them.
In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, skyr, and yogurt. Crush and mix together.
Spread the filling on the pancakes and fold them into triangles.
A portion consists of 3 pancakes, which are finished with peanut butter, grated chocolate and peanuts.
Enjoy your meal!
