When on a diet, you can also eat something different and interesting, and everyone will like these buns, even those who are not on a diet. Simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 250g of low-fat white cheese
- 1 egg
- 50g wheat flour
- 20g custard powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) baking powder
- erythritol (about 3 tablespoons)
- your favorite fruit, e.g. cherries or blueberries
Place all ingredients except fruit in a bowl and knead.
Divide the prepared dough into six equal parts. Form a ball from each and flatten it, placing it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Use a spoon to make a hole.
Place the fruit in the recess (you can sprinkle them with potato flour).
Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes – they should be deeply browned.
