A simple and quick dumpling dough filled with your favorite summer addition: blueberries.
The cake is delicate, tasty and soft, and made of simple ingredients.
Ingredients
about 16 dumplings
- 150g natural skyr
- 120g wheat flour (+ extra for dusting the countertop)
- blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- erythritol or other sweetener for berries
Place skyr and flour in a bowl. Knead the dough into a smooth ball.
Sprinkle the countertop with flour. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet. Cut out balls using a glass or cup.
In the middle of the circle, place dried blueberries and add erythritol or other sweetener. Glue the dumpling together.
You can freeze the pierogi or cook them for about 5 minutes in lightly salted water.
Serve immediately, e.g. with a spoonful of yogurt and erythritol.
Enjoy your meal!
