This yogurt and cocoa fluffy cake is really easy ! An addition of bitter cocoa, which gives it a delicious taste and an appropriate energy charge!

Components
- 100 g flour
- 80 g cocoa
- 90 g of potato starch
- 3 pcs eggs
- 125 g of yoghurt (white or flavored)
- 125 g of sunflower oil
- 200 g cane sugar (or white sugar )
- vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder (small sachet for cake portions)
- pinch of salt
All ingredients should be at room temperature. Prepare them to be at hand. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until you get a foamy and velvety mixture. Add oil and beat at high speed to obtain a homogeneous mixture Gradually add yogurt at the medium speed of the mixer. Then add the gradually sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa. After the connection, move the dough to greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (cake). – you can smear it with butter alone. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes. The toothpick must be dry. It is not recommended to open the oven until the dough is swollen. Remove from the oven and cool.
