Ingredients


4 servings (portion approx. 110 kcal)

  • 250g Greek yogurt or natural skyr
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g oat flour (or 20g oat flour and 20g corn flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80g strawberries and rhubarb
  • 3 tablespoons of erythritol

Place eggs, erythritol and yogurt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then add oat flour and baking powder.

Pour the batter into a small baking dish. Top with sliced ​​strawberries and rhubarb.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Divide into 4 parts and enjoy!
