Simple and quick potato  waffles that can be used as a stand-alone quick dish or as an addition to a meal.


Ingredients


for 1 person

  • 110-120g finely grated potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 40g wheat flour
  • 75g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • a little olive oil to grease the waffle iron

Place all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Preheat the waffle iron. Spread out portions of the dough. (I got 3  waffles). Bake until golden brown, slightly crispy.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
