Blueberries have many important properties and vitamins for our health, so it’s worth introducing them to the menu at least once in a while.
This combination will work, instant oatmeal with yogurt will give you the right strength at the beginning of the day and ensure fullness for a few hours.

Ingredients
- 300 g of yogurt
- 100 g instant oatmeal
- 200 g of berries (frozen)
- 20 g coconut
- 1 tablespoon of butter
In a saucepan we dissolve butter. We add berries. Fry berries for a moment by evaporating some of the liquid. We divide the layers into 2 jars with yogurt, oatmeal and blueberries. Sprinkle lightly with coconut. Enjoy your meal!
