Who doesn’t like pancakes? They are perfect for breakfast although there is not always time for it.
Simple, tasty pancakes. easy to prepare.
Ingredients
for 3-4 servings
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of semi-skimmed milk (or vegetable)
- 1 large egg
- 1 pear
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- pinch of salt
- Oil
- natural yogurt
- jam (optional)
Put the flour, milk, egg and a pinch of sea salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Grate the pear on a smaller mesh and add to the dough, stirring gently.
Sprinkle a little oil over the pan over medium heat, then place 1-2 tablespoons of dough to form pancakes. Turn after about 2 minutes, they should be golden on both sides. Bake in batches until the dough is used up.
When they are golden and fluffy, serve them right away with a bit of natural yoghurt and jam such as blueberries or honey.
