Rich in vitamins and a good source of calcium and iron, Brussels sprouts, also called sprouts, can be used in many ways in the kitchen. Not only for side dishes and appetizers,
Ingredients
- 600 g brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 200g halloumi cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic or 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
To preparebrussels sprouts, start by removing the outer leaves and trimming the tough ends. Blanch them in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a baking dish. Add cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Sprinkle everything with dried garlic (or fresh), season with salt and pepper, and then pour olive oil over it. Mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese and arrange halloumi cheese slices on top.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Then remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, set aside for 5 minutes and serve.
