Bounty meringues

Cookies that surprise with their taste. You’ll find they remind you of something when you try them, but they just remind me of a bounty bar.


  • 2 egg whites
  • 100g sugar (50g per protein)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut
  • 1/3 cup chopped milk chocolate
  • pinch of salt

We preheat the oven to a temperature of 130 degrees C with the function of convection.

Place the egg whites and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Beat everything to a stiff foam.

Then slowly add the sugar and mix thoroughly until the sugar is gone.

Add coconut and chopped chocolate to the finished foam, slowly mix until the ingredients combine.

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, place spoonfuls of the meringue mix.

We bake for about 50 minutes.

After this time, turn off the oven and slightly open it. Meringues are ready after they have cooled down thoroughly.
