Simple cookies without the addition of white sugar (we use erythritol or xylitol). They are not too sweet, but very tasty.
Ingredients
- 135g wholemeal or whole wheat flour
- 90g sesame paste (tahini)
- 45 g of cold butter or margarine
- 45g of erythritol or xylitol
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 45ml milk (can be vegetable)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 flat teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- sesame for sprinkling cookies
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a mixer into a uniform dough. Then wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the chilled dough sprinkled with a little flour (it sticks).
Cut out cookies using your favorite cookie cutters. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 13-15 minutes. Leave to dry.
Enjoy your meal!
