- 1 package of cottage cheese (200g)
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of red currant
- 1/3 cup of blueberries or blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- coconut, sunflower (optional)
Put the cottage cheese into the breakfast bowl.
