This amazing salad comes from Lebanon. It is made only of white cabbage, but the addition of kale brings it to a different level.
She is fantastic!
It suits many things well.
Ingredients
- 500 g white cabbage
- About 150 g of kale
- 0,5 clove of garlic
- 1-2 lemons (depending on what you want a sour salad)
- 1 small bunch of fresh mint or 1.5 tablespoons of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of French mustard (optional)
Finish the cabbage with thin strips.
Chop the leaves of kale, chop well fresh mint.
Put everything in the bowl and mix.
Separately mix the ingredients of the sauce: lemon juice, salt, olive oil and, optionally, French mustard. If you add dried mint, add it here.
Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for a while. It’s best for 2-3 hours.
Mix again before serving.
