Cheesecake waffles

A healthier, high-protein, low-carb version of delicious waffles.

Here are some cheese  waffles, perfect for breakfast, second breakfast, or dessert.


Ingredients


  • 1 egg
  • 125g low-fat white cheese
  • 35 g natural yogurt (skyr)
  • 30g vanilla pudding powder
  • erythritol as desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • optional: lemon juice and lemon zest

Place white cheese, yogurt, and egg in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

Add pudding, baking powder and erythritol. Optionally add lemon juice and lemon zest.

Fry the waffles in a well-heated waffle iron until they are deeply browned.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
