Express brioche is the perfect solution for those who love pastry, but don’t have time for the dough to rise for a long time. Thanks to this recipe, you will quickly prepare a healthier version of brioche, which is perfect for a sweet dessert. Easy to make, and the effect will delight everyone!


Ingredients

  • 250 g vanilla skyr
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 25g chopped dark  chocolate (or chocolate chips)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in one mold, or divide and place in smaller ones, e.g. for donuts. (previously grease lightly with oil)

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let cool. Enjoy!
