Crispy, delicate and very tasty. Just in time for dessert.
- 100 g of cake wheat flour
- 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g of corn flour
- 100g of sugar
- 8g vanilla sugar (1 pack)
- 1 egg
- 125 g of butter or margarine
- 50 g of coconut flakes
- to decorate: dark chocolate and coconut
In a bowl, put the wheat flour, corn flour and baking powder – mix.
Add the rest of the dough ingredients and knead the dough thoroughly by hand or with a mixer. Knead into a uniform dough, wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into pencil-thick rolls and divide them into 4-5cm pieces. Then form rolls out of it.
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Ready and cooled cookie rolls can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or dipped their corners in chocolate and then in coconut.
Enjoy your meal!
