Simple cookies with perfect taste.
Ingredients
about 25 pieces
- 100 g of fine sugar
- 150 g cake flour
- 100 g of corn flour (cornmeal)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150g of butter
In a bowl, place the cake flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Add the city cut into pieces and knead into a uniform dough. Leave in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut any shapes of cookies (depending, for example, on the occasion). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Once removed, transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool.
