Simple shortbread cookies, sweet and delicate. Perfect for crunching.
I prepared them in the era of home coronavirus and quarantine, so it sweetened me a little day.
Ingredients
- 300g of flour
- 150g of cold butter
- 60g of powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- chocolate and / or chocolate coating
- sugar decorations (optional)
- powdered sugar (optional)
Sift the flour. Chop with cold butter and a pinch of salt.
Add egg, powdered sugar and knead the shortcrust very quickly. Shape into a ball and wrap the foil. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, cut out various cookies with molds. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 10-15 minutes. Cool down.
Decorate with melted chocolate or chocolate glaze and garnish with sprinkles. Or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy your meal!
