Crunchy cookies

I made the cakes for Easter, but they can also be made for other holidays or occasions. A completely different mold is enough. Crispy, delicate and tasty!


  • 180 g of butter, cold
  • 140 g of powdered sugar
  • 350 g of wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 yolk
  • vanilla sugar (bag)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead thoroughly and quickly until the dough forms a smooth ball. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and chill in the refrigerator (at least 30 minutes)

then divide it into parts and roll it to a thickness of about 3 mm, sprinkling with flour.

Cut your favorite shapes (preferably one size for a given tray to make it roast evenly). Put on baking paper.

Bake at 180ºC for about 10-12 minutes. They should be golden.
