Diet is a diet, but you have to eat something, including something sweet. A simple and quick recipe for a low-calorie dessert, a yogurt cake without sugar, without butter or oil.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Each piece has about 110 calories.
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 150g vanilla skyr
- 150g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 40ml milk
- 30g chopped dark chocolate
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, leaving a little dark chocolate behind.
Pour the batter into a baking tin, about 23cm. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool.
