Simple and quick bars that do not require baking. They contain a lot of seeds, nuts. They are filling and satisfy hunger.
Chia and flax seeds are extremely high in fiber and healthy fats, including Omega 3. Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, magnesium and selenium. Plus a lot of nuts and oatmeal.
We get the sweetness from two sources: dates and maple syrup (if you are not vegan you can use honey). Natural glue and sugar in our bars.
Try it and you won’t regret it!
