This cake is the apple pie that my mother always does. Shortcrust pastry, sweet foam meringue and sour apples. The whole melts in your mouth.

- 2 tablespoons of thick cream
- vanilla sugar
- 1.5 kg of apples

Wipe off the remainder of the dough on the grater. After removing the dough, spread a meringue froth and sprinkle with grated pastry. Bake for about 20 minutes.
