Components

  • 1  liter of  spirits 70%
  • 1  kg of  black currant
  • 0.5  kg of  sugar
  • 0.5  liter of  water

Currants should be peeled, rinsed and cleaned of impurities. Discard damaged and overpower Alcohol with 70% strength prepared from 96% alcohol and chilled, boiled water in the proportions: 200ml of water for 500ml of spirit. Fruits put away from the scalded jar and pour over the prepared spirit. Close the jar tightly and leave in a dark place for 6 weeks. After this time, boil water with sugar to form a syrup. Have a look and add to the strained liquid (without fruit) from the jar. Put away to a cool and dark place for several months, at least half a year. Enjoy your meal!
