SOMETHING WARM
You are sitting at home and wondering what you will do to work with you when considering things in the fridge.
You know that you have kale to wear before it breaks down. You are looking for a recipe and there is nothing interesting to match the bolognese sauce from three days ago, which you must eat.
In this way, a hot kale salad was made. You can serve alone, or with meat, or, as in my case, with a bolognese in a lunchbox. Slowly, I’m convinced of the concept of no waste in the case of food, so something like that arose.
Tasty and healthy, quite cheap!
COMPONENTS
- 100 g of kale
- 1/2 pieces of red pepper
- 1 pcs of onions
- 4 pcs of dried tomatoes (in brine)
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of coriander dried
- pepper and salt
- Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the onion into half-pieces and fry gently in the pan. Cut the red peppers into strips and add to the onion, suffocating for a while. We add oregano, coriander, salt and pepper. Then chopped and washed kale. Stew for a while in the pan. Add chopped dried tomatoes and a spoonful of pickle from the jar. We try, we add pepper and salt if we want. We serve by sprinkling the top with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy your meal!
Warm salad of Kale
- 100 g kale
- 1/2 pc red pepper
- 1 pc onion
- 4 pcs dried tomatoes ((n brine))
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander dried
- pepper salt
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cut the onion into half-pieces and fry gently in the pan.
- Cut the red peppers into strips and add to the onion, stew for a while.
- We add oregano, coriander, salt and pepper. Then chopped and washed kale.
- Stew for a while in the pan. Add chopped dried tomatoes and a spoonful of pickle from the jar.
- We try, possibly salt / pepper.
- We serve by sprinkling the top with Parmesan cheese.
