I was looking for a recipe for the perfect use of peppers and baby spinach. I found a simple Italian way to make a frittata, or something similar to an omelette.
I used things that I had in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 pc onion
- 1 piece yellow paprika
- a handful of spinach
- slices of salami
- salt
- sliced cheddar cheese
- oil
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Cut the paprika and onions into small slices. Put in a pan, then fry until tender.
After frying, put in a bowl and put the spinach in the pan for a minute, stir and turn off the stove.
Add eggs to the bowl and lightly salt. Mix them with a kitchen whisk until fluffy.
Add fried paprika, onion and spinach to the eggs. Mix.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Pour out the egg and spread. Cover and fry for about 10 minutes on low heat. Eggs should be cut from above.
Slide the frittata from the pan to a large plate. Arrange the salami on top. Then put the inverted pan so that you can flip the frittata to the other side, and the salami is at the bottom. Put a small amount of cheese on top and cover with a lid.
Fry for 5 minutes. Frittata is ready. Can be divided into pieces.
Bon Appetit!
