Garam Masala Chicken

author’s variation on Indian cuisine

Aromatic, tasty and fast to make dish. Although it seems complicated, it really requires several minutes of work.

Ingredients

 

  • 0.75-1  kg  chicken thighs with no bones
  • 150  g  yogurt / cream
  • 1  pcs  of green peppers
  • 50  g  tomato puree
  • 1  teaspoon  garam masala
  • 1  teaspoon of  coriander deciduous
  • 1  pcs of  onions
  • 1  clove of  garlic
  • 1  teaspoon of  turmeric
  •  pepper and salt
  •  oil (lard)
  •  a pinch of hot pepper  (chili)
  •  lime

 Fry the fat in the pan, add the chopped onion and garlic. Add the peppers, cut into small cubes, and fry until tender. We add garam masala, a pinch of hot pepper or chili and turmeric. Cut into small cubes chicken legs and pour into a pan. The whole fry to brown. We can add tomato puree and yogurt / sour cream. The yogurt is added gradually, spoon by spoon to obtain the right consistency. Sprinkle the whole with coriander and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Stifle a few minutes. We cook bulgur porridge according to the recipe on the packaging. We put in a bowl, next we put out the finished chicken and sprinkle with lime. Enjoy your meal! 

Other information

* we can sprinkle porridge with parmesan cheese, there will be an additional interesting taste 

** the more chili you have, the greater the sharpness, so be careful
