Like breaded chicken, but really delicious. Tasty, juicy and with an interesting garlic flavor.
Boneless chicken thighs can be replaced with chicken breast cut into smaller pieces.
Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of chicken spice (any)
- 2 eggs
- wheat flour for coating
- oil or lard for frying
Wash and dry the chicken. Rub the chicken spice and crushed garlic cloves. Put it in the fridge for an hour.
We heat up oil or lard in a frying pan.
Roll the eggs in a bowl and prepare the flour in a separate bowl.
Dip the thighs in the egg, then in the flour and put on the pan. Fry until browned and turn over to the other side. We put it on a plate lined with a paper towel.
We serve with potatoes and salad!
