Another stuffing for eggs, different and interesting, and certainly herbal and vegetarian. Just in time for Easter, because it feels like spring.


  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • herbs: parsley, chives, dill, green onion
  • salt and pepper
  • mustard
  • radish for decoration

Cut the eggs in half.

Rub the yolks with the mayonnaise and mustard. Then add about 4 tablespoons of chopped herbs (mixture of parsley, chives, dill, green onion).

Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Fill the egg halves with the prepared stuffing.

Garnish with grated radish.
