Everyone wants a burger from time to time. Made this way, it is tasty, juicy. I like it baked on the top, but juicy on the inside, but it’s up to you what type of browning you choose.
Ingredients
- 500-600g of ground beef
- 4-8 burger buns
- 4-8 slices of cheese
- lettuce (iceberg, romaine etc.)
- tomato cut into slices
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 – 2 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Mayonnaise
- mustard
- ketchup
- vegetable oil if frying in a pan
You can easily prepare the burger in a pan or grill pan. If you are using a grill, light the grill, but you can take it easy
In a small bowl, combine dry ingredients for burger seasonings – smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Add half of the spices to the ground beef and mix, then add the other half and do the same.
Then pour the Worcestershire sauce over it and mix everything thoroughly.
Divide the meat into equal parts. As many rolls you have. Mash and shape into round, flat burgers.
When the pan is hot (or grill), add some oil and then place the burgers on top of it. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the burger is cooked to your liking.
During the last 30 seconds of frying, place a piece of cheese on top of the burger. The burgers are ready.
Lightly toast the burger buns in a toaster, oven or grill.
Brush one side of the buns lightly with mayonnaise.
Place the beef and cheese between the burger buns, add the lettuce, tomato. Add your favorite sauce, ketchup or mustard.
Enjoy your meal!
