Fast chicken. Tasty and not requiring much work, so it will be perfect when you are expecting guests.
A crispy crust, a soft and juicy inside that even my niece ate with gusto, although normally she only prefers chicken patties.
- 1 kg of chicken drumsticks
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of finely crushed corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons of wheat or whole wheat flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with baking paper.
Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them thoroughly.
Beat the egg in a bowl. In the other bowl, add the finely crushed corn flakes, flour, sweet pepper, dried garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Coat the chicken drumsticks in the egg and then in the corn flakes and flour. Put on the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
Serve with potatoes and your favorite vegetables.
