Marinated pepper with garlic

A new, interesting way to prepare peppers for the winter. A spare jar will definitely be useful when meeting friends.


  • 1000g of various colored peppers
  • 3 heads of garlic
  • mustard
  • dry dill
  • pepper
  • allspice
  • 500ml of water
  • 150ml of 10% vinegar
  • 100g of sugar

Prepare the vegetables. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Peel the garlic .

Place vegetables tightly in boiled jars.

In each jar, put a piece of dry fennel, a few peppercorns and allspice. Also add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds to each jar.

Boil water with vinegar and sugar.

Pour hot pepper in jars. Make a complete turn.

Pasteurize the jars.
