Who doesn’t like cookies? I think everyone sometimes wants something sweet, so we can make simple, healthy cookies.
Cookies are simple, easy to make and contain a small amount of sugar. For this they are really delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups oat flakes
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (optional)
- 10 dates, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (1/4 cup melted coconut oil + 1/4 cup pumpkin puree)
- 2 eggs
- vanilla sugar
- 2 cups chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate droplets)
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 cup pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- a few tablespoons of heavy cream (about 3-4)
Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a large bowl, place oatmeal, both flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, melted coconut oil (pumpkins, if you use), eggs and vanilla, and dates. Mix thoroughly (you can mix) until all ingredients are combined. Add chocolate pieces and coconut.
Form small balls with your hands. Place on a prepared baking sheet and flatten. Do this with all the dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until browning. Do not keep them in the oven for too long.
Then heat the saucepan, put chopped chocolate and heavy cream in it. Melt the chocolate to the right consistency.
Dip each cookie in melted chocolate. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, then sprinkle lightly with salt. Let the chocolate freeze.
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days (or even longer).
