Does anyone like muffins? Simple and tasty cupcakes always work.
Here’s a recipe for those in which you’ll use banana and cocoa
Ingredients (14-16 muffins):
- 4 bananas
- 1 egg
- 0.5 glass of oil
- 1.5 glasses of wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (or baking soda)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 glass of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 0.5 glasses of sugar
Blender mix bananas, yogurt and oil (or crush well with a fork). Then mix with a mixer with the addition of the whole egg.
Mix dry ingredients. Put the flour, baking powder (soda), sugar, cocoa and pieces of chocolate in a separate bowl and mix.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix quickly.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
We put muffin molds in curlers and pour into each dough to approx. 3/4 height.
Bake 20 minutes.
