Diet has its own rules. Unfortunately, because of this, there are fewer recipes on the blog, but when something appears, those related to the low-carb diet will appear.
Below is a recipe for high-protein tiramisu. I made 3 servings of this, in my single-serving dessert cups.
Ingredients
- 150 g natural skyr (Iceland yogurt)
- 250g of low-fat cottage cheese
- 30g pistachio paste
- sponge cakes – approx. 18
- 20g pistachios
- 20g erytrytolu
- brewed and cooled black coffee
Place skyr, cottage cheese, erythritol and pistachio paste in a bowl. Blend thoroughly until ingredients are well mixed.
Prepare 3 containers or one larger one. Gently soak the ladyfingers in cold coffee and place them on the bottom of the container (I used 2 ladyfingers, one whole and the other halved).
Then add 1/3 of the prepared cheese mass.
Repeat this two more times.
Finally, place a small amount of pistachio paste on top and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Place in the fridge and enjoy your dessert after an hour.
