A recipe for simple, tasty, stewed plums. I present them in a sugar-free version, i.e. with erythritol, but if you prefer with sugar, you can do that too.

I used them for pancakes for breakfast or for dessert with yogurt and biscuits.


Ingredients


  • 500g plums (pitted)
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 0.5 cups water
  • 3-4 tablespoons of erythritol (more if you have sour plums)

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Prepare an ovenproof dish. Put washed plums (without pits) in it.

Sprinkle the plums with cinnamon and erythritol. Finally, add the water and mix.

Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes.

After that time, we can use it hot for ice cream, or let it cool and put it in a sealed container and use it as it is. We can also pasteurize it.
